TYPES OF PASSES/TICKETS

Whether you're joining us for the entire convention or just one evening, CALDAC offers a variety of ticket options to fit your schedule and budget. Below is an overview of our current ticket offerings. Please note that ticket options may change from year to year based on programming and availability.
 

Full Pass

The Full Pass offers the best overall value and the complete CALDAC experience.

It includes access to:

• All workshops

• Evening dance performances

• Live concerts

• Social dancing

• All five dance rooms

• Four days of convention activities

If you plan to attend more than one day of the convention, the Full Pass is typically the best value.
 

VIP Full Pass

The VIP Full Pass includes everything offered with the Full Pass, plus premium reserved seating for the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening showcase performances.

If you want the complete convention experience along with some of the best seats in the house, the VIP Full Pass is the perfect choice.
 

Signature Table

Enjoy the ultimate showcase experience with one of our Signature Tables.

Each Signature Table:

• Seats four guests

• Is located directly in front of the stage

• Includes reserved seating for the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening showcases

• Is sold for the entire weekend

Important: A Signature Table is a seating upgrade only. Every guest seated at the table must also have a valid admission pass for the corresponding performances.
 

Master Class Passes

Master Classes are premium, extended workshops taught by internationally recognized instructors.

Master Class registration is sold separately.

To purchase a Master Class Pass, you must already have one of the following:

• Full Pass

• VIP Full Pass

• Performer Pass

Master Class Passes do not include convention admission.
 

Performer Pass

The Performer Pass is available only to officially approved members of registered performance teams.

To receive a Performer Pass:

• Your team director must include your name on the official team roster submitted to CALDAC.

• Team rosters must be submitted by September 15.

• You must present a valid photo ID when checking in at Registration.

• Your name must match the information provided by your team director.

If your name is not on the official roster, we may be unable to issue your Performer Pass until the situation is resolved.
 

Day Pass

Day Passes are available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Each Day Pass includes everything happening on that day, including:

• Workshops

• Dance performances

• Live concerts

• Social dancing

If you're only able to attend one day, the Day Pass provides the complete experience for that day.
 

Dance Performance Pass

The Dance Performance Pass is designed for guests who only want to attend the evening showcase performances.

This pass includes:

• Evening dance performances only

It does not include:

• Social dancing

• Live concerts

• Workshops

If you think you might want to stay for the concert or social dancing afterward, we recommend purchasing a Night Pass instead.
 

Night Pass

The Night Pass is one of our most popular ticket options for guests who can't attend during the day.

It includes:

• Evening dance performances

• Live concert

• Social dancing

If you're only joining us for the evening, the Night Pass offers significantly more value than the Dance Performance Pass.
 

Thursday Pre-Party Pass

Can't make the whole weekend? Join us for Thursday night!

The Thursday Pre-Party Pass includes:

• Thursday workshops

• Thursday performances

• Thursday social dancing

It's the perfect way to kick off the convention weekend.
 

Ticket Transfer Fee

Can't attend after purchasing your ticket?

Most eligible tickets may be transferred to another person through CALDAC's official transfer process.

• Transfers must be completed by September 10.

• A transfer fee applies.

• All transfers must follow CALDAC's official Ticket Transfer Policy.
